Abstract
In the paper variants of technological processes were presented to the study for piston rods and rams of hydraulic cylinders taking issues into consideration scheduling of course of the production in flexible manufacturing cell. At the carried study an attempt of the estimation of the influence of technological variants on the effectiveness to manufacture the flexible manufacturing system on the basis of preliminary schedules of production. Analyzed different variants with reference to finishing processing with taking into consideration processing by burnishing. W referacie przedstawiono studium wariantów procesów technologicznych dla tłoczysk i nurników siłowników hydraulicznych uwzględniając problematykę harmonogramowania przebiegu produkcji w elastycznym gnieździe produkcyjnym. W przeprowadzonym studium podjęto próbę oceny wpływu wariantów technologicznych na efektywność wytwarzania elastycznego systemu produkcyjnego na podstawie harmonogramów wstępnych produkcji. Przeanalizowano różne warianty w odniesieniu do obróbki wykańczającej z uwzględnieniem obróbki przez nagniatanie.
