PublicationPrzedstawiono zmodyfikowaną analizę sprzężonych linii koplanarnych prowadzącą do uproszczenia procesu modelowania struktur wieloprzewodowych zawierających poprzecznie ułożone względem kierunku propagacji fali mostki dla wyrównania potencjałów na odseparowanych przestrzennie przewodach.
