Dynamic Nanoimpedance Characterization of the Atomic Force Microscope Tip-Surface Contact
PublicationNanoimpedance measurements, using the dynamic impedance spectroscopy technique, were carried out during loading and unloading force of a probe on three kinds of materials of different resistivity.
