PublicationAnalizie poddano cyfryzację przedsiębiorstwa świadczącego usługi komunalne - Gdańskie Nieruchomości. W artykule zidentyfikowano obszary cyfryzacji przedsiębiorstwa, ich aktualny poziom cyfryzacji oraz potrzeby i kierunki dalszych działań. Omówiono czynniki zagrażające wdrażaniu cyfryzacji oraz sposoby przeciwdziałania. Jako metodę badawczą zastosowano obserwację uczestniczącą, ocenę przeprowadzono wg stanu na koniec roku 2018.
