Przedstawiono metodykę i charakterystyczne wyniki własnych badań modelowych przeprowadzonych z wykorzystaniem techniki PIV. W analizach numerycznych przeanalizowano trzy kryteria wytrzymałości gruntu na ścinanie i ich wpływ na wyniki ilościowe i jakościowe. Obliczenia analityczne oparto na koncepcji ESE. Zestawiono i przeanalizowano zgodność wyników badań modelowych, analiz numerycznych i obliczeń analitycznych.
