W pracy przedstawiono przegląd konstrukcji silników Stirlinga, które mogą być stosowane w układach mikro-kogeneracyjnych. Zaprezentowano również wyniki badań silnika Stirlinga przeprowadzonych przy różnych obciążeniach cieplnych i elektrycznych układu.

W pracy opisano wyniki badań eksperymentalnych dwóch prototypowych ekspanderów. W ramach analizy dokonano oceny możliwości ich zastosowania w domowej mikrosiłowni parowej.
