Nimesulide analyses with 3D-printed multi-material sensors

Description

The data set consists electroanalytical nimesulide detection with all 3D-printed CB-PLA based electrochemical cells (3DPEC). This is a proof-of-concept study for the designed electrochemical cell. The measurements were done in an industrial sewage after 1:10 dilution (v/v) in PBS. The 3DPEC turned out highly competitive in electroanalysis, with high reproducibility (RSD = 6.8% by CV, 3.4% by DPV), recovery rate of 90±5 %, ultra-low detection limit of 5.3 nM and selective vs most of the studied interferents. The measurements to be found in this dataset

  1. Reproducibility, stability, selectivity and regeneration experiments in detecting the analyte
  2. DPV before activation and also DPV before introducing the analyte to the system
  3. The repeatability using CV for three electrodes
  4. Recovery study (accuracy)
  5. Interference study (selectivity)
