Description
The data set consists electroanalytical nimesulide detection with all 3D-printed CB-PLA based electrochemical cells (3DPEC). This is a proof-of-concept study for the designed electrochemical cell. The measurements were done in an industrial sewage after 1:10 dilution (v/v) in PBS. The 3DPEC turned out highly competitive in electroanalysis, with high reproducibility (RSD = 6.8% by CV, 3.4% by DPV), recovery rate of 90±5 %, ultra-low detection limit of 5.3 nM and selective vs most of the studied interferents. The measurements to be found in this dataset
- Reproducibility, stability, selectivity and regeneration experiments in detecting the analyte
- DPV before activation and also DPV before introducing the analyte to the system
- The repeatability using CV for three electrodes
- Recovery study (accuracy)
- Interference study (selectivity)
