Description
The DataSet contains the TEM images of ammonium vanadate nanobelts obtained by the hydrothermal method with different conditions. The results show that the microstructure of an ammonium vanadate single nanobelt dependent on reaction condition.
The surface morphologies of the samples were studied by an FEI TECNAI G2 F20 transition electron microscopy (TEM).
These results are part of a project defined in Electrochimica Acta journal (10.1016/j.electacta.2020.135919). In this paper the information about samples and synthesis details are reported.
