Research Interests
Obtaining of enzyme from extremophilic and recombinant microorganisms. The characteristics of these enzymes and determining their usefulness for the production of new food ingredients used to improve the functional properties and the quality of the products or to help improve currently used processes. Enzymatic synthesis of oligosaccharides. Properties and applications of immobilized enzymes and microbial cells.
