Abstract
This chapter takes a broader view on the issues connected with age management. In its first part, some demographic processes in the European Union countries are described. Those processes contribute to the ageing of the society and an increasing need for age management at various levels. Furthermore, situation in selected Baltic Sea Region countries is presented. In the next section, age management from organizational perspective is presented, together with some examples of good practices.
