Abstract
Praca przedstawia wyniki badań układu fotowoltaicznego złożonego z cienkich warstw organicznych tworzących złącze (CuPc i MePTCDI), elektrod (ITO i Ag) oraz z warstw buforowych (MoO3 przy ITO i BCP przy Ag).
