Analiza kohortowa przyczyn bierności zawodowej osób w wieku 45+
PublicationZmiany demograficzne następujące w ostatnich latach w krajach rozwiniętych stawiają nowe wyzwania przed badaczami i praktykami rynku pracy. Jedną z najbardziej zauważalnych konsekwencji „starzenia społeczeństw” jest wydłużenie czasu bierności zawodowej. Jednocześnie w wolniejszym tempie występuje proces wydłużenia czasu aktywności zawodowej. Z punktu widzenia stabilności systemu emerytalnego istotne jest zatem określenie przyczyn...

Problemy pracy zabezpieczeń odległościowych linii 400 kV w Polsce północno-wschodniej
PublicationW roku 2015 oddano do użytku połączenie polskiego systemu elektroenergetycznego z systemem elektroenergetycznym Litwy. Połączenie to zrealizowano z wykorzystaniem dwutorowej linii napowietrznej 400 kV Ełk Bis – Alytus oraz łącza back-to-back (BtB). W artykule przeanalizowano wpływ realizacji nowego połączenia, a tym samym zmianę konfiguracji sieci 400 kV, na detekcję zakłóceń przez zabezpieczenia odległościowe linii 400 kV znajdujących...

Vibration surveillance in the hybrid system using optimal control at energyperformance index. W: Zagadnienia analizy modalnej konstrukcji mechanicz- nych. Praca zbiorowa pod red. T. Uhla. Kraków: Kated. Robotyki i Dynam. Masz. AGH**2003 s. 107-114, 2 rys. 1 tab. bibliogr. 4 poz. Nadzorowanie drgań w układzie hybrydowym z wykorzystaniem strerowania opty- malnego przy energetycznym wskaźniku jakości.
PublicationW pracy rozważano nadzorowanie drgań niestacjonarnych układów mechanicznychza pomocą sterowania optymalnego przy energetycznym wskaźniku jakości. Uwzględnienie założenia o możliwości podziału układu na podukład modalny, pod-układ strukturalny oraz podukład łączący umożliwiło opis układu sterowanego we współrzędnych hybrydowych. Rozważania zilustrowano przykładem nadzorowa-nia drgań pomostów wagi kolejowej podczas przejazdu wagonów.
