PublicationPrzygotowano metodą zol-żel warstwy TiO2 na podłożu kwarcowym. Zbadano ich fotoprzewodnictwo w różnych warunkach. Stwierdzono, że fotoprąd w próżni jest o trzy rzędy większy niż w powietrzu. Jako wyjaśnienie zaproponowano absorpcję tlenu na powierzchni warstwy.
