Opis

This is the histopathological image of BREAST tissue sample obtained in Medical University Gdańsk and deposited in ZMDL-GUMED. The sample image was taken using: VS200 Olympus slide scanner (20x magnification) and saved to DICOM format.

Result of the histopathological examination: A fragment of breast tissue after neoadjuvant chemotherapy with features of fibrosclerotic and cystic lesions, with the presence of few microcalcifications and atrophy of the glands. A single micro-focus of invasive carcinoma G3 was identified. Nottingham score: Glandular differentiation: 3; Nuclear pleomorphism: 3; Mitotic index: 3 ER- 0% stained nuclei of cancer cells,TS-0/8 PR- 0% stained nuclei of cancer cells, TS-0/8 HER2- 1+ (negative status) Ki67-80% stained nuclei of cancer cells
