  Shiraz city was famous for its beautiful gardens that shaped its landscape. Nazar Garden,with its buildings was designed by Karim Khan in the 18th c. The aim of the research wasto compare the size and layout of the Garden during the Zand Period with its contemporary shape. The research was based on literature sources, available plans and an on-sitesurvey.

  The leader in the supply of goods and services to Iran are the United Arab Emirates. As many as 32% of the total value of imports to Iran comes from this country. This was followed by China, South Korea and Germany. These four largest countries supplied  goods to Iran of nearly 72% of the total value of imports.

  In the structure of Iranian exports the dominant position are different types of fuel (including chemical industry products). The structure of imports is much more fragmented. Positions worth of consideration are machinery and equipment, steel, vehicles parts, cereals and food.

  In 2014, Polish exports to Iran was worth of 34.9 million EUR and imports 22.4 million (the trade turnover exceeded 57 million EUR). Year 2015 did not bring recovery in economic relations - the value of trade exchange exceeded only EUR 60 million. In comparison to 2011 when the total value of bilateral trade reached EUR 167 million.
