Description
The DataSet contains the FTIR spectra of VO2 and V2O3 nanostructures obtained by the sol-gel with different reaction conditions. The information about xerogel powder synthesis is described in the Journal of Nanomaterials. The xerogel powder was annealing under argon atmosphere in the temperature range 400-1000C. The results show that the morphology dependent on the annealing temperature.
The FT-IR spectra were recorded at room temperature while using a Perkin-Elmer spectrometer (model Frontier FTIR MIR/FIR) (Waltham, MA, USA). The FT-IR spectra of the samples that were pressed into KBr pellets with constant measure material concentration (0.5%) were collected in the wavenumber range 4000–400 cm^-1 (mid-IR region) while using the KBr beam splitter.
