Description
The dataset contains the description of methodology and data files with the results obtained spectrophotometrically at 412 nm to determine the rate of fungal enzyme activity. The goal of the study was to obtain conditions optimal for L-homoserine O-acetyltransferase (Met2p) activity as well as evaluation of inhibitory potential of commercially available and synthesized within the frame of the project substrates analogues.
The studies were financially supported from the project OPUS 20 financed by the National Science Centre (No. UMO-2020/39/B/NZ7/01519).
