VUV irradiation studies of plasmid DNA in aqueous solution
PublicationInteractions of VUV light and DNA samples in aqueous solutions are reported. The damage induced by such radiation is quantified by monitoring both loss of supercoiled DNA and formation of single and double strand breaks using agarose gel electrophoresis. PublicationW referacie przedstawiono wpływ modyfikacji termicznej drewna dębowego technologią ThermoWood na ziarnistość wiórów z procesu przecinania na pilarce ramowej PRW15M. Stwierdzono, że trociny uzyskane z drewna dębowego modyfikowanego termicznie nie zawierają w swoim składzie szkodliwych dla układu oddechowego człowieka cząstek z frakcji PM2.5, a ponadto nie wykryto cząstek frakcji PM10, które mogłyby tworzyć smog w środowisko pracy.

PublicationThe paper proposes a voltage sourced converter (VSC) new control method. A well-known in the electric power systems correlation between voltage angle and active power and correlation between voltage and reactive power is used instead of feedforward control. PublicationThis paper presents a voltammetry as a useful method to analyse DNA from different species. This electrochemical method is well know and used in different analyses. The influence of an area of working electrode and the capacity component, is shown at equals and the measurement. Przedstawiono model jednowymiarowy obliczania przepływu przez spirale oraz zamieszczono wyniki obliczeń typu 3D. Pokazano jak zależy parametr nierównomierności rozkładu prędkości na wylocie od sposobu kształtowania przekroju spiral.

Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na możliwość poprawy jakości dostarczanej energii, poprzez ograniczenia trwania zapadów napięcia w sieci elektroenergetycznej, dzięki zastosowaniu wyłącznika hybrydowego. Modelowanie matematyczne wykonano w programie MATLAB i PSPICE.
