System of gas detection by two-dimensional materials

The project concerns the construction and testing of gas sensors made of two-dimensional materials as FET transistors. The project is a continuation of the use of random phenomena (1/f noise) for gas detection. The structures proposed for research are very sensitive, which ensures results with the potential of publishing in the best scientific journals.
