Effect of antitumor compounds on the yeast topoisomerase II relaxation activity
Open Research DataThe datasets contain results of antitumor compounds* (known inhibitors of human topoisomerase alpha II) inhibitory activity against yeast topoisomerase II. DNA topoisomerases (Topo) are enzymes that catalyze changes in the spatial structure of DNA and play an important role in replication, transcription and recombination. Beyond their normal functions,...

Minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) determination of selected human topoisomerase II alpha and bacterial DNA gyrase inhibitors against fungal strains
Open Research DataThe datasets contain the results of determining the MIC (Minimal Inhibitory Concentration) value of known compounds* (inhibitors of human topoisomerase II alpha and bacterial DNA gyrase) against C. albicans SC5314, C. glabrata ATCC 90030, C. krusei ATCC 6258 and C. parapsilosis ATCC 22019 and Saccharomyces cerevisiae ATCC 9763 by the modified M27-A3...

Vident-real: an intra-oral video dataset for multi-task learning
Open Research DataWe introduce Vident-real, a large dataset of 100 video sequences of intra-oral scenes from real conservative dental treatments performed at the Medical University of Gdańsk, Poland. The dataset can be used for multi-task learning methods including:

Determination of the minimum inhibitory concentration of new bisacridines IKE15-19 and IKE21, against yeast strains
Open Research DataThe datasets contain the results of determining the minimum inhibitory concentration of new bisacridines against C. albicans ATCC 10231, C. glabrata ATCC 90030, C. krusei ATCC 6258 and C. parapsilosis ATCC 22019, S. cerevisiae ATCC 9763 and fluconazole resistant C. albicans strains by the modified M27-A3 specified by the CLSI.

The absorption and fluorescence spectra of novel bisacridines (IKE15-19, IKE21) and IE10, potential antifungal agents
Open Research DataOptical measurements of novel bisacridines (IKE15-19, IKE21) and IE10 were conducted. The absorption spectra were recorded from 300 to 800 nm. The fluorescence emission spectra were determined with excitation and emission wavelengths described in the file. All measurements were recorded using a multiplate reader, Tecan Spark 10M.

Effect of novel bisacridines (IKE16, IKE18, IKE19, IKE21) and IE10 on the biofilm formation of C. albicans ATCC 10231 cells
Open Research DataThe datasets contain the results of the impact of novel bisacridines (IKE16, IKE18, IKE19, IKE21) and IE10 on the biofilm formation of Candida albicans strain ATCC 10231 cells. Photographic documentation prepared with the TECAN Spark 10M titration plate reader.
