  • Sb measurements in a Bi-Sb-Te ceramics materials

    Open Research Data
    open access

The influence of the temperature of the annealing of ceramic materials with the composition Bi0.5Sb1.5Te3O9 was investigated. The materials were annealed at the temperature of 440 degrees Celsius and 450 degrees Celsius. There were no significant differences in the valence of antimony and other elements.

  • Detection of the Ag nanoparticles in Te-Bi-Ba-Oa glass

    Open Research Data
    open access

The influence of the manufacturing parameters of tellurium-bismuth-barium glasses on the presence of silver nanoparticles was investigated. Glasses were annealed at 330, 335, 340, 345 and 350 degrees Celsius for 24 and 48 hours. Presence of the Ag nanoparticles was measured by XPS method. The growth of nanoparticles was observed along with the extension...

  • Ambient vibrations - footbridge over the Kolibkowski Stream in Gdynia, span P2

    Open Research Data
    open access

Ambient vibration tests carried out on the P2 span of the footbridge over the Kolibkowski Stream. The research was carried out using a set of 14 acceleration sensors - MEMS accelerometers TE 4332M3-002 and TE 4312M3-002, which allowed for simultaneous measurement and recording of 20 acceleration channels. These sensors are characterized by a natural...

  • Optical properties of tellurium dioxide thin films

    Open Research Data
    open access

TeO2 and TeO2 doped by Eu thin films manufactured by magnetron sputtering method were measured by optical spectroscopy.  Metallic Te target and Te-Eu mosaic target with diameter of 50.8 mm were sputtered for about 45 min in argon-oxygen atmosphere what resulted in 300 nm film thickness deposition. The pressure in the chamber was below 0.2 Pa and substrate...

  • Investigation of the uniformity of TeO2:Eu layer

    Open Research Data
    open access

TeO2 doped by Eu thin films manufactured by magnetron sputtering method were measured by XPS method.  Te-Eu mosaic target with diameter of 50.8 mm was sputtered for about 45 min in argon-oxygen atmosphere what resulted in 300 nm film thickness deposition. The pressure in the deposition chamber was below 0.2 Pa and substrate was heated  at 200 oC during...

  • Chemical composition of tellurium oxides thin films deposited by magnetron sputtering method

    Open Research Data
    open access

Thin films were prepared by radio frequency reactive magnetron sputtering technique. Metallic Te target was sputtered for about 45 min in argon-oxygen atmosphere what resulted in 300 nm film thickness deposition. The pressure in the chamber was below 0.2 Pa and substrate was heated at 200 °C. The distance between sputtered target and the Corning 1737...

  • Surface modifcation of PMMA polymer detected by XPS

    Open Research Data
    open access

In order to obtain the experimental specimens, four PMMA/PC61BM samples with the following  mass proportions were prepared: 10%, 20%, 30%, and 40%. In addition, as a reference, a PMMA sample without  PC61BM was prepared as well. For the fabrication process, PC61BM 99.5% (Solenne BV), chloroform HPLC  (Sigma Aldrich), and PMMA (commercially available...

  • Place attachment, place identity, and visual pollution sensitivity.

The data include individual responses on the following scales (1) place attachment, (2) place identity, and (3) visual pollution sensitivity. Each line represents responses obtained from one participant and his or her demographic characteristics. like gender, age, and education level.
