N-way modelling of sediment monitoring data from Mar Menor lagoon, Spain

Wykorzystanie narzędzi CAD do wyznaczania właściwosci bezwładnościowych i sztywnościowych stanowiska badawczego
PublicationPrzedstawiono przykład wykorzystania narzędzi CAD 3D (Inventor) do wyznaczania bezwładności (mas i momentów bezwładności) oraz sztywnosci głównych elementów będących pod wpływem wymuszeń dynamicznych generowanych przez tarcie w badanym styku ślizgowym. Wykorzystując system ANSYS przeprowadzono obliczenia charakterystyk drgań własnych na utworzonych bryłowych modelach elementów.

The role of cytochrome P450 reductase (CPR) in metabolism of potent nitroacridine antitumor, C-1748
PublicationCelem pracy było poznanie molekularnego mechanizmu działania pochodnych 9-amino-1-nitroakrydyny. Zbadano przemiany enzymatyczne tych związków w różnych układach enzymatycznych: I. Szczurza frakcja mikrosomalna z reduktazą cytochromu P450. II. Rekombinantowe izoenzymy cytochromu P450 z wysokim i niskim poziomem reduktazy cytochromu P450. III. Frakcje mikrosomalne dzikiego typu oraz pozbawione genu kodującego reduktazę cytochromu...

Museum of the Second World War in Gdansk as an Example of Contemporary Design Trends in Museum Buildings
PublicationAt a time when history gives us one of the last opportunities to confront our knowledge of World War II, with the knowledge of people living in those days, there are buildings created with strong transmission not only architectural, but also of a great emotional load. At the same time, when the political system does not forbid to speak openly about the past period, and the technology allows you to create structures, about which...

Effects of Ca2+, Mg2+, Na+, and K+ substitutions on the microstructure and electrical properties of GdCoO3 ceramics
PublicationGdCoO3-δ, Gd0.975Na0.025CoO3-δ, Gd0.98K0.02CoO3-δ, Gd0.98Ca0.02CoO3-δ, and GdCo0.99Mg0.01O3-δ ceramics were prepared via a solid-state reaction route. Among the dopants studied, substitution with Ca2+ slightly enhanced the densfication of GdCoO3 ceramics. All the lattice parameters of the doped ceramics were larger than those of pure GdCoO3-δ ceramic (a = 5.223 Å, b = 5.389 Å and c = 7.451 Å), and their cell volumes increased by...

Employee Commitment Matters for CSR Practice, Reputation and Corporate Brand Performance—European Model
PublicationSo far, there have been no studies that explore how employee brand commitment moderates CSR practice outcomes. Employee brand commitment is often claimed as a focal input and output of the CSR. So, it means that it shapes CSR conditions. Then, it is a moderator. This study aims to verify it. Besides, commitment exists in many forms and can be achieved in many ways. Hence the question, if employees are committed to the brand, then...

How can HSR promote inter-city collaborative innovation across regional borders?
PublicationMany studies have shown that high-speed rail (HSR) can reshape the spatial pattern of economic geography. However, there needs to be more logical argumentation and rigorous empirical design on the paths and mechanisms involved. This paper considers the impact of the border effect on HSR links and innovation clusters from the perspective of inter-regional collaborative innovation. It provides a logical and compact theoretical...

Evaluation of Sicilian landraces of broccoli (B. oleracea var. italica Plenck) for quality traits
PublicationBrassica oleracea L. var. italica Plenck is one of the most popular vegetables which belong to Brassicaceae family. It is getting attention as an important source of bioactive compounds such as glucosinolates, and many other phytochemicals. In the frame of the H2020 BRESOV project, we evaluated three landraces (‘Broccolo nero', ‘Ramoso calabrese' and ‘Sparaceddu') and two commercial F1 hybrid cultivars (‘Marathon' and ‘Naxos')....
