PublicationPraca przedstawia wyniki pomiarów efektu fotowoltaicznego w układzie zbudowanego z warstw: tlenek indowo-cynowy, barwnik perylenowy, ftalocyjanina molibdenylu, złoto. Obserwowany efekt fotowoltaiczny jest wynikiem dysocjacji ekscytonów na granicy - barwnik perylenowy/ftalocyjanina. W interpretacji wyników uwzględniono procesy generacyjno-rekombinacyjne w złączu.

PublicationPhotovoltaic phenomenon taking place in cadmium selenide (CdSe)/titanyl phthalocyanine (TiOPc) planar heterojunction devices is described. Electrical properties of hybrid planar diode based on palladium phthalocyanine and titanium dioxide
PublicationThis work details experimental studies of a planar diode made of indium tin oxide/titanium dioxide/palladium phthalocyanine/gold. The rectification ratio of current was 105 at 1.5 V. PublicationPraca omawia własności fotowoltaiczne hybrydowego heterozłączy utworzonego z ftalocyjaniny palladu i dwutlenku tytanu. Warstwy TiO2 otrzymano metodą zol-żel, a warstwę organiczną nanoszono metodą próżniowego naparowywania. Modification of current-voltage characteristics of planar organic systems by nm-thick interlayer
PublicationEffect of nm-thick interlayer of copper phthalocyanine (CuPc) or perylene dye (MePTCDI) on current-voltage characteristics of planar organic systems is discussed in the work. The MePTCDI layer strongly limits injection of holes from ITO into CuPc, while CuPc limits injection of electrons from ITO into MePTCDI. In the systems with CuPc/MePTCDI heterojunction an explicit photovoltaic effect occurs.
