Dane BadawczeYttrium-doped strontium titanate was prepared via conventional solid-state reaction method from Y2O3 (Sigma Aldrich, 99,9%), TiO2 (Sigma Aldrich, 99%) and SrCO3 (Sigma Aldrich,98%).
