  The paper presents a novel method of on-line impedance monitoring of cataphoretic coating application process. Utilization of dynamic electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (DEIS) overcame the fundamental problem connected with non-stationarity of the aforementioned coating deposition process, which eliminates classical impedance spectroscopy technique from a real-time description of cataphoresis.
