PublikacjaW artykule przedstawiono przykład realizacji przebudowy prywatnego budynku mieszkalnego, podczas której okazało się, że nie jest on wykonany zgodnie z projektem i zasadami sztuki budowlanej. Opracowany i zatwierdzony projekt budowlany przebudowy niewiele miał wspólnego z obiektem, którego dotyczył. Realizacja prac zgodnie z tym projektem była więc obarczona dużym ryzykiem, a w konsekwencji groziła katastrofą budowlaną.
