  The GeO2-PbO-Bi2O3-SrF2 (GePbBiSr) glass systems doped with Eu3 +, Tb3 +, Tm3 + and triply-doped with Eu3 +/Tb3 +/Tm3 + ions were successfully synthesized. Their structural and luminescent properties have been investigated with various techniques. Obtained results indicate that these glass systems are suitable materials for the RE3 + ions hosts.
