Diastereoselective Synthesis of Z‐Alkenyl Disulfides from α‐Thiophosphorylated Ketones and Thiosulfonates
PublikacjaWe developed a simple and efficient method for the synthesis of functionalized unsymmetrical Z‐alkenyl disulfides under mild conditions in moderate to good yields. The designed method is based on the reaction of α‐thiophosphorylated carbonyl compounds with thiotosylates in the presence of a base. PublikacjaVarious types of aminium thiosulfates (1–6), including hydrates and mixed salts, have been obtained by the reaction of ammonium thiosulfate with amines. PublikacjaAbstract A series of diaminium thiosulfates, derivatives of diamines: NH2CH2CH(CH3)NH2 (1) and NH2(CH2)nNH2, n = 3-6 (2-5 respectively)and thiosulfuric acid were prepared and their structures determined by crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.
