Abstract
Integration processes play an increasingly important role in modern economy, and seriously co-decide about the effectiveness of the company. Integration phase occurs in the system life cycle by preceding the final stages of its implementation and activation. In turn, used in software engineering (SE) iteration-evolutionary models, such as spiral model make that the integration activities can occur in varying degrees in all phases of SDLC. We can find the integration processes on the ground of management engineering in the models of production systems and their design. In this area, traditionally used is a term of synthesis, correspondent with the integration concept (tri-ad: analysis-synthesis-evaluation). Thus we observe nowadays an interdisciplinary research trend, concerning the integration of technology and knowledge. It also contains the issue of integration of natural and artificial intelligence in production systems. Therefore, an attempt was made to multidisciplinary analyze the phenomenon of integration.
