  Kryzys finansowy ujawnił luki w regulacji i nadzorze systemu bankowego. Nadrzędnym celem propozycji ( Bazylea III oraz CRD IV) jest wzmocnienie odporności sektora bankowego w UE. Skutki tych regulacji będą niekorzystne dla polskiego systemu bankowego i gospodarki. Wynika to z faktu, że banki publiczne w Polsce sa jednostkami zależnymi w międzynarodowych grupach bankowych. W artykule rozważa się zmianę struktury własności tych banków.
