Non-linear impedance of V2O5 nanorods obtained at 923K
Open Research DataThe DataSet contains the non-linear electrical properties of V2O5 nanorods which were measured by the impedance spectroscopy method. V2O5 nanorods were obtained by the sol-gel method. The information about xerogel powder synthesis is described in the Journal of Nanomaterials. The precursor powder was pressed into the disk-shaped pellets (12mm in diameter...

Highly crystalline colloidal nickel oxide hole transport layer for low-temperature processable perovskite solar cell
PublicationHighly crystalline NiOX usually requires high annealing temperature (>300 °C) which is incompatible with flexible substrate and might consume high amount of energy. Herein, we demonstrate a facile emulsion process to synthesize highly crystalline, low temperature deposition (<150 °C) and solution processable NiOx nanoparticles (NPs) as a hole transport layer for the perovskite solar cells (PVSCs)....

5G Millimeter Wave Network Optimization: Dual Connectivity and Power Allocation Strategy
PublicationThe fifth generation (5G) of mobile networks utilizing millimeter Wave (mmWave) bands can be considered the leading player in meeting the continuously increasing hunger of the end user demands in the near future. However, 5G networks are characterized by high power consumption, which poses a significant challenge to the efficient management of base stations (BSs) and user association. Implementing new power consumption and user...

The influence of thermal treatment on electrocatalytic properties of Mn-Co nanofilms on nickel foam toward oxygen evolution reaction activity
PublicationThis work evaluates electrodeposited and differently treated Mn-Co catalysts for their oxygen evolution reaction activity. Catalysts are evaluated in the as-deposited and heat treated state: after 350 C and 600 C. Results show that the highest electrochemical activity is obtained for the as-deposited Mn-Co oxyhydroxide, which possibly possess a layered double hydroxide structure. After the heat treatment process, especially after...
