PublicationZbadano właściwości monowarstw uzyskanych na granicy faz powietrze/woda dla głównego składnika emulgatorów acyloglicerolowych, monoacyloglicerolu. Określono wpływ długości łańcucha węglowodorowego (C14:0 - C18:0) badanego związku, temperatury subfazy oraz szybkości kompresji monowarstwy, na właściwości otrzymanego filmu.
