Exploring the interfacial effects at the ETL/perovskite boundary in the semitransparent perovskite solar cells
PublicationThe recent focus has been made on the perovskite solar cells (PSCs) with an inverted configuration, where substantial improvements have been already achieved. However, the p–i–n structure needs a buffer layer for most of the configurations to modify the work-function of a deposited electrode. Additionally and very importantly, such a layer can also serve as a protective film that improves a stability of solar cells. Here, we study...

KTaO3 a perovskite for water and air treatment
PublicationPerovskites are inorganic compounds that exhibit dielectric properties. These minerals belong to the crystal ceramics family. These compounds are described by the formula: ABX3 where, A and B are 2, 3 or 4 valuable metal ions, and X is an ion of oxygen or fluorine. An example of perovskite is the compound KTaO3. There are many methods for producing KTaO3, but the hydrothermal method is most commonly used. Perovskites can be characterized...

Microstructural Design of Ba0.5La0.5Co0.5Fe0.5O3 Perovskite Ceramics
PublicationBa0.5La0.5Co0.5Fe0.5O3 was synthesized in the solid-state reaction route. The influence of ball milling parameters (such as milling media size, angular velocity, and time), pelletizing pressure, and annealing parameters on the microstructure was studied. The grain size distribution and density or specific surface area changes were investigated in each approach while the individual parameters were changed. The evaluation of BLCF...

Związek pomiędzy jakością informacji rynkowych a sukcesem tworzenia nowych produktów

Selected perowskite type LSFO thin films for the infrared detectors
PublicationPrzedstawiono technologię wytwarzania cienkich warstw ceramicznych tlenków lantanowo-strontowo-żelazowych (LSFO). Zaprezentowano konstrukcję bolometrycznych detektorów podczerwieni wykonanych z opracowanych warstw. Przedstawiono charakterystyki prądowo-napięciowe wybranych detektorów, wyniki pomiaru ich szumów i termicznej stałej czasowej. Przedstawione detektory były w stanie wykryć obiekt o temperaturze 38 stopni Celcjusza znajdujący...

Simulation investigation of perovskite-based solar cells
PublicationThree models of thin-layer lead-halide perovskite solar cells with different electron-transport layers (TiO2,SnO2,ZnO) were investigatedby the simulation method. The perovskite layer thickness was optimized for all the systems. The analysis of the standard photovoltaic cell performanceparameters at various operating temperatures was performed. The best performance was achieved for the system with theSnO2conductive layer.
