  Mierzono prędkość opadania zawiesiny cząstek stałych w emulsjach typu O/W. Badane emulsje wykazują własności reologiczne płynów newtonowskich. Stwierdzono, że w zakresie niskich wartości liczb Reynoldsa (Re<0,410, prędkość opadania cząstek stałych maleje eksponencjalnie ze wzrostem ułamka objętościowego ciała stałego w zawiesinie w emulsji.
