In this work, the chosen physicochemical properties of single-phase multicomponent oxides BaTi1/8Fe1/8Co1/8Y1/8Zr1/8Sn1/8Ce1/8Hf1/8O3-δ and BaTi1/9Fe1/9Co1/9Y1/9Zr1/9Sn1/9Ce1/9 Hf1/9Bi1/9O3-δ were studied. The microstructure of the compounds strongly depended on the presence of bismuth in the structure.
