  Praca zawiera wyniki badań metabolicznej transformacji przeciwnowotworowej pochodnej imidazoakrydonu C-1311 wobec rekombinantowych ludzkich izoenzymów P450. Związek nie ulegał transformacji w badanych warunkach, natomiast wykazano, że ma zdolność hamowania aktywności izoezymów CYP1A2 i CYP3A4.
