Problem reakcji krzyżowych w immunodiagnostyce na przykładzie neosporozy i toksoplazmozy
PublikacjaW niniejszej pracy przedstawiono problem reakcji krzyżowych występujących w immunodiagnostyce chorób zakaźnych. Zagadnienie opisano szerzej na przykładzie dwóch blisko spokrewnionych pasożytów należących do typu Apicomplexa - Neospora caninum i Toxoplasma gondii. Zaprezentowano także, sposoby ulepszania testów wykorzystywanych w diagnostyce neosporozy i toksoplazmozy u zwierząt.
