Małgorzata Gawrycka, a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Gdańsk, PhD in economics. From 2012-2020, deputy dean for teaching at the Faculty of Management and Economics of the Gdańsk University of Technology. Currently Dean of the Faculty. Scientific interests focus on issues related to the macroeconomic policy of the state. In particular, the problems of the situation on the labour market, demographic changes, qualifications and professional competencies of employees and graduates, substitution of labour with capital and the implementation of selected sustainable development goals related to the national economy. Author (or co-author) of many scientific papers. Manager and participant in national and international projects, including 'MayDay', 'Education for Entrepreneurship', and 'The use of flexible forms of employment by entrepreneurs in the Pomeranian and Greater Poland Voivodships'. Deputy manager of the project financed by the National Center for Research and Development entitled „Competence development program of WZiE GUT students. Member of the Scientific Council of a scientific journal, an expert on the labour market for business entities in the field of competencies of the future, evaluation of operational programs, member of the group of experts of the team preparing the Development Strategy of the Pomeranian Voivodeship 2030 (labour resources group).
