Microstructural behavior of water-in-oil emulsions stabilized by fatty acid esters of propylene glycol and zinc fatty acid salts
Abstract
Zbadano wpływ składu emulgatorów acylopropylenoglikolowych, modyfikowanych mydłami cynku, na charakter przemian strukturalnych jakim ulegają emulsje W/O stabilizowane przez takie emulgatory. Badano zarówno etap emulgowania jak i mikrostrukturę oraz właściwości reologiczne otrzymanych emulsji.
