PublicationW pracy przedstawiono konstrukcję systemu koherentnej tomografii optycznej umożliwiającego pomiar właściwości materiałów dwójłomnych. System pomiarowy wykorzystuje propagację wiązek promieniowania w wolnej przestrzeni. Promieniowanie prowadzone jest w układzie z zachowaniem stanu polaryzacji. Zastosowano detekcję zrównoważoną poprawiając właściwości pomiarowe systemu. Zostały przedstawione wstępne wyniki pomiarów.

PublicationW artykule przedstawiono światłowodowy system dwuwymiarowej wizualizacji niejednorodnych struktur warstw ceramicznych. Omówiono projekt i fizyczną realizację układu wykorzystującego optyczną, niskokoherentną reflektometrię optyczną, która umożliwia niedestrukcyjne obrazowanie wewnętrznych struktur różnych materiałów. PublicationW artykule przedstawiono zasady, na których oparta jest metoda OLCR, możliwości jej wykorzystania oraz wpływ czynników ograniczających jej zdolności pomiarowe. Zaprezentowano konstrukcję światłowodowego niskokoherencyjnego, reflektometrycznego systemu pomiarowego. Przedstawiono wyniki badań teoretycznych i doświadczalnych wpływu charakterystyk szerokopasmowych źródeł wykorzystywanych w systemie na rozdzielczość pomiaru.
