PublikacjaOtrzymano i charakteryzowano filmy Langmuira-Blodgett 16-członowej azobenzokorony z resztą naftalenową. Monowarstwy Langmuira były z sukcesem przenoszone na stałe substraty z utworzeniem filmów LB. Filmy osadzone na elektrodach z ITO zostały również użyte jako elektrody w woltametrii cyklicznej i uzyskano rezultaty wskazujące na to, że filmy te wykazują wyraźną odpowiedź na jony metali.
