PublicationThe results of noise measurements in low frequency range for CNY 17 type optocouplers are presented. The research were carried out on devices with different values of Current Transfer Ratio (CTR). The methods for identification of Random Telegraph Signal (RTS) in noise signal of optocouplers were proposed. An ab initio study of the excited states of the vinoxy radical
PublicationMetodą ab initio obliczone zostały powierzchnie energii potencjalnej oraz radialne sprzężenia nieadiabatyczne. Rozpatrzono podprzestrzeń dwóch aktywnych kątów zaangażowanych w proces fotodysocjacji. Opracowany został schemat kwaziadiabatyczny w sąsiedztwie przecięcia stożkowego. Przedyskutowano niektóre konsekwencje możliwego mechanizmu fotodysocjacji winoksylu z różnych ścieżek formacji.

PublicationZmierzono absolutne różniczkowe przekroje czynne na wzbudzeniu drobin tlenu do poziomu oscylacyjnego v=0 stanu a1 δ g. Pomiary wykonano dla energii elektronów równej 10eV w zakresie kątów rozproszenia od 15° do 180°.

Total cross-section measurements for electron collision with α-tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol (C5H10O2)
PublicationPrzedstawiono całkowite przekroje czynne (TCS) na rozpraszanie elektronów na drobinach α-tetrahydrofurfurylu, zmierzone w zakresie energii zderzenia 1-370 eV oraz policzone powyżej 50 eV. Przedyskutowano otrzymaną zależność TCS od energii. Wyniki porównano z dostępnymi teoretycznymi i eksperymentalnymi przekrojami czynnymi.

PublicationW pracy zaobserwowano silne wygaszenie fotoluminescencji pod wpływem zewnętrznego pola elektrycznego w organicznym kompleksie europu Eu(III). Wygaszenie fotoluminescencji przypisano elektrycznopolowej dysocjacji ekscytonów oraz anihilacji ekscytonów na wstrzykniętym do próbki ładunku elektrycznym.
