PublicationCelem pracy było wykonanie analizy warunków pracy łożysk 1, 2 i 3 turbozespołu TG-2 zainstalowanego w EC Gdynia oraz określenie możliwości ewentualnej modernizacji łożysk w celu uzyskania stabilniejszej pracy turbozespołu. Do analizy właściwości łożysk ślizgowych turbiny wykorzystano program obliczeniowy ARTbear7.0.

PublicationDogodna metoda syntezy pochodnych 4,7-dihydroksytioauronów poprzez rekcję typu ''one pot'' aldehydu benzoesowego z 4-acetylo-2-oxo-benz[1,3]oxatiolem i octanem piperydyny w środowisku DMSO. Strukturę związku udowodniono metodami NMR. Układ tioauronowy powstaje w wyniku trzech kolejnych reakcji: otwarcia pierścienia oksatiolonowego, utleniania powstałego ugrupowania merkaptanowego i kondensacji z aldehydem benzoesowym.

PublicationW pracy przedstawiono nową metodę genotypowania Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Zastosowanie oligonukleotydu Mtb1 5'-CCG-GCG-GGG-CCG-GCG-G lub Mtb2 5'-CGG-CGG-CAA-CGG-CGG-C wraz z oligonukleotydami specyficznymi do terminalnych sekwencji elementu insercyjnego IS6110 pozwala na różnicowanie szczepów Mycobacterium tuberculosis w metodzie PCR. Opracowana metoda może być wykorzystana w badaniach epidemiologicznych gruźlicy.
