PublicationW pracy przedstawiono badania eksperymentalne wykonane dla modeli zaoperowanych przepuklin brzusznych poddanych impulsowemu działaniu ciśnienia, analogicznego do kaszlu pooperacyjnego. Zbudowano 57 modeli zgodnie ze sztuką oparacji laparoskopowej, z użyciem powiezi świńskiej, pięciu typów implantów i pięciu rodzajów łączników. Opisano otrzymane wyniki wskazując na mocniejsze i słabsze rozwiązania operacyjne.

Do rozwiązania zagadnienia zastosowano metodę różnic skończonych. Badano zmiany ciśnienia fal wybranych częstotliwości w obrębie wiązki akustycznej oraz charakterystyki kierunkowe dla kołowych źródeł parametrycznych generujących fale różnych częstotliwości.
