Rozumienie cechą inteligentnego przedsiębiotstwa
PublicationW artykule podniesiono istotę pojęcia ‘rozumienie’ w aspekcie inteligentnego przedsiębiorstwa. Przeprowadzone badania teoretyczne i empiryczne pozwoliły na wyłonienie rozumienia wewnętrznego i zewnętrznego. Rozumienie wewnętrzne w inteligentnym przedsiębiorstwie dotyczy sfer: pracowników oraz całego przedsię-biorstwa. Natomiast rozumienie zewnętrzne skierowane jest na otoczenie i potrze-bę dostosowania przedsiębiorstwa.
