  Artykuł przedstawia metodę obliczania prawdopodobieństwa przewrócenia się tratwy ratunkowej za pomocą symulacji ruchu na fali nieregularnej. Przedstawiono obliczenia ruchów tratwy na falowaniu nieregularnym, którego symulacje wykonano dla znanej funkcji gęstości widmowej falowania dla Bałtyku oraz niedeterministycznego (stochastycznego) rozkładu amplitudy fali.
