SrTi0.65Fe0.35O3 i SrTi0.5Fe0.5O3 zostały przebadane pod względem reaktywności chemicznej z elektrolitem YSZ. Warstwy tlenkowe TiO2 i TiO2-SiO2 zostały przygotowane metodą zol-żel i następnie poddane procesowi amonolizy. Przewodność elektryczna została zmierzona w zaktesie temperatur 10-900K. Warstwy o dużej zawartości TiN charakteryzują się małą energią aktywacji, poniżej 0,1eV. Badania wykazały dużą twardość próbek o wysokiej zawartości TiN.
