Turbulent flow and heat transfer of a liquid film formed by impinging jet.
PublicationZaproponowano prosty model wymiany ciepła w turbulentnym filmie cieczowym utworzonym przez uderzająca strugę. Rozpatrzono dwa przypadki: przepływ rozwijający się i w pełni rozwinięty filmu cieczowego. W obu przypadkach model wyprowadzono na podstawie zmiany grubości filmu w wyniku działania sił bezwładności i sił tarcia. Wyznaczono profile prędkości w obu zakresach co umożliwia wyznaczenie współczynników wymiany ciepła.

PublicationW pracy przedstawiono rozważania dotyczące modelowania przepływu z wrzeniem w zastosowaniu do kanałów o małej średnicy. Stwierdzono,że stosowanie korelacji obowiązujących dla średnic konwencjonalnych nie sprawdza się z praktyką w przypadku małych średnic.

Modelling of flow boiling process in small diameter tubes.
PublicationW pracy zastosowano standardową korelację wrzenia w przepływie (wyprowadzoną dla rur o konwencjonalnych wymiarach) do przypadków wrzenia w rurach o małych średnicach. Porównanie wyników obliczeń z danymi literaturowymi wykazało nieużyteczność tej korelacji. Wykazano zatem potrzebę prowadzenia badań podstawowych celem uzyskania korelacji pozwalającej umiejętnie przewidywać warunki wymiany ciepła w kanałach o małych średnicach.

PublicationW niniejszej pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań konwekcyjnej wymiany ciepła w obszarze pojedynczej nieograniczonej mikrostrugi wody. Uzyskane w wyniku badań eksperymentalnych dane posłużyły do określenia współczynnika przejmowania ciepła. Badania przeprowadzono dla dwu dysz o średnicach 0.101 i 0.071mm. Model of heat transfer in the stagnation point of rapidly evaporating microjet
PublicationThe paper presents investigation in the single water microjet surface cooling producing evaporating film. Reported tests were conducted under steady state conditions. It was proved that the phenomenon is similar to that of pool boiling. Results of experiments were compared with predictions by the model showing a good consistency.
