PublikacjaCienkie warstwy kompleksu [Cd{SSi(O-But)3}(S2CNEt2)]2 zostały osadzone na podłożach Si przy użyciu techniki MAPLE (ablacja laserowa z zamrożoną matrycą). Otrzymanie warstw CdS było możliwe dzięki zastosowaniu obróbki termicznej podłoży z naniesionym prekursorem. Powierzchnia filmów była analizowana pod kątem morfologii przy użyciu mikroskopii sił atomowych (AFM) oraz pomiarów elipsometrycznych (SE).
