PublikacjaBadano właściwości fizyczne (zawartość fazy stałej i charakterystyki topnienia) trójskładnikowych mieszanek zawierających obok masła kakaowego, tłuszcz mleczny oraz frakcję łoju o wąskim zakresie topienia.
